Malformity Labs LLC knows and respects the importance of maintaining the security and privacy of your personal, private, and otherwise sensitive information. This Privacy Policy is a statement of our guidelines and practices with respect to the collection, use, protection and disclosure of personal information collected through your use of the services provided by Malformity Labs LLC.
Information Collection and Use
Malformity Labs LLC collects certain information from you as a result of using our services. That information is necessary to set up and maintain accounts, bill for services, and track use of the services to which you have subscribed. In addition, Malformity Labs LLC servers will automatically collect certain information during the use of our services. This information may include, but is not limited to, your internet protocol address, date and time, and API keys. In the event of a service error, diagnostic logging may temporarily store additional information such as API request parameters.
Malformity Labs LLC does not inspect or store data submitted through our servers to third party service providers except in the cases of error logging and troubleshooting described above. This data will never be used by Malformity Labs LLC for any other reason. It is necessary, as part of our services, to pass through your requests to Partner providers. These requests are seen in aggregate from Malformity Labs LLC by such Partners and are not directly attributable back to you.
We use the information we collect and described above to provide, maintain, protect and improve our services, to develop new services, and to protect Malformity Labs LLC and our users. When you contact Malformity Labs LLC, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing or requests you may submit. We may use your email address to inform you about our services. We may also send you administrative messages.
Information Disclosure
We will not share the personal information we have collected from you, except as described below:
- with Partners who are working with us in connection with the operation of our site or our services;

Malformity Labs LLC will provide you with an API key to engage in use of our Services. You are responsible for keeping the API key confidential and are asked not to share it with anyone outside of your organization. We utilize reasonable and appropriate protections and procedural safeguards to ensure that personal information in our care is not misused or accessed without authorization.

If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
